As most of our regular contacts and customers will know, Brian Billings, the Sales Director for CHK for more years than he would care to admit (and possibly remember!) has now officially retired and we would like to wish Brian all the best for the future, particularly as he has not vanished completely but instead has set up his own sales consultancy business and will continue to work with us in developing new accounts.
We have recently introduced a new quoting package allowing us to better serve our customers requests and expectations in response time to enquiries. Introduction and testing has been positive and this is in the process of being rolled out with our estimators now completing their training and the system becoming live.
turn-around times is the introduction of our new ERP system which has been fully integrated with our new quoting package, enabling the speedy conversion of quotes into production parts without the need for duplication of work.
